This paper mentioned that marketing strategy to develop international market has been applied by the position of sales management of XINGCHENG SPECIAL STEEL COMPANY (XC STEEL). The main purpose of this paper is to establish connection between marketing and practical experience theory by means of these works. The strategy as above mentioned could be used as a reference for the second-term developing program of the company and the other special steel enterprise which want to enter international markets.Based on relevant marketing theory discussion, and competitive outer surrounding, which on international market for special steel, be analyzed. Used research methods to analysis strength and weakness to international marketing of XC STEEL, Then, some marketing strategy have been found and applied, including relevant control measurement. Through analysis of marketing theory and combined with practice case to draw a conclusion, that the present marketing strategy of XC STEEL is available for the company's developing strategy in near future.
