The future e-commerce involves all the business processes from stock to sales, and it deals with the supply chain in which the upstream partners, the downstream partners and the core company reallocate the resources. In fact, the competitions between companies are the competitions between the supply chains they belong to. The cooperation among companies in a supply chain surely comes down to the integration of their business processes, such as the integration of the stock process and sales process. While each company has different organizational structure, conflicts inevitably occur during the business process integration. For instance, the core company's profit will conflict with the expenses of raw materials of the upstream company proposed and the price of the product the downstream client expected. The conflicts are so complex, interdependent and interacting that the traditional negotiation and the automatic negotiation can not resolve them. An effective method resolving the conflicts is to negotiate the integration of the cooperation processes from stock to sales, and to harmonize the interest of all the negotiators in the supply chain. The collaborative negotiation proposed in this paper is oriented the process integration in the supply chain, and it is a development of automatic negotiation. The collaborative negotiation is applicable for a company to negotiate with more than one upper negotiators and lower negotiators at the same time, and it can achieve a win-win situation by adjusting the interest of all negotiators involved.The mechanism of collaborative negotiation contains collaborative negotiation protocol, negotiation strategy and decision models.The researches of this paper carried out are listed as follows. Firstly, it researches on the collaborative negotiation protocol. It proposes a negotiation protocol based on state machine, which can reflect each sub negotiation's process using state and transferring of the states. The protocol can console and manage the collaborative negotiation.Secondly, it researches on the collaborative negotiation strategy. The domain propagation algorithm for collaborative (DPACN) is designed based on constraint propagation and relaxation. The algorithm can identify and analysis the conflicts in negotiation, find out the root of conflicts, and resolve them.Thirdly, it researches on the collaborative negotiation models. The paper builds three kinds of models, which is the upstream company model, downstream company model and the core company model. These models are all multi-objective programming models and they can really reflect all the negotiators'target.Lastly, the paper researches on the single-supply chain negotiation and multi-supply chain negotiation based on the negotiation protocol, negotiation strategy and negotiation models. And also the corresponding prototype systems for the single-supply chain negotiation and multi-supply chain negotiation are developed successfully. The experimental result validates the collaborative negotiation model and method proposed in this paper.
