The Research About The Flexibility Of The Enterprise' Organization Based On The Information Technology

The approach of information age brought the unprecedented influence to the enterprise's organization. The flexibility of the enterprise' organization is very important, but the research about the flexibility of the enterprise' organization concentrated mainly in the organizational structure and research based on the information technology enterprise was less. The present paper is precisely raised under such background, believed that the research about the flexibility of the enterprise' organization based on the information technology will be one kind of beneficial supplement to the theory of enterprise's flexibility. The information technology refers the methods based on the microelectronics which the computer technology and the telecommunication technology union. It is an active technology which can gain, process, disseminate and use from the sound, the image, the writing, digital and each kind of signal information. The concept of the flexibility of the enterprise' organization is opposite to the rigid organizations. It is one kind of organization which can adapt the environmental variation quickly and make the enterprise develop through taking measure, dispersing authority moderately, encouraging study and innovation.Firstly, the article discusses the basic concept frame of the theory of enterprise's flexibility .Then it explicates the concepts about the enterprise's flexibility and the flexibility of the enterprise organization. And divides the flexibility of organization into three aspects which are the organizational structure flexibility, the personnel flexibility and the organization process flexibility. In the main text, it introduces information technology firstly which includes the concept and content, the development and the flexible question of the information technology facility. Then it points out that the information technology not only has the positive influence, also has the negative influence to the flexibility of the enterprise organization. From the third chapter to the fifth, I launch the discussion in three aspects which are the organizational structure flexibility, the personnel flexibility and the organization process flexibility based on the information technology. The third chapter analyses the characters of the enterprise organizational structure under the modern information technology condition. It proposes that how to construct the enterprise organizational structure based on information technology. And it thoroughly studies the organization authority assignment model and information communication model in the flexibilityorganizational structure based on the information technology. The fourth chapter discusses the personnel flexibility which obtains from the information technology 'function to the information. It analyses the staff behavior change with the game theory, and measures the organization's individual flexibility. The fifth chapter connects the business process optimization with the organization process. It points out that the realization of the organization process flexibility is the result of the business process optimization. Then it compares business process optimization with other concepts. It analyses how the information technology applicants in the business process optimization in the next step. It proposes the business process optimization model finally.This article adopts the method which the theory and the practice unifies, through studies and profits from predecessor's some research results and the experience, combines game theory, the organization behavior, the enterprise resources correlation theories, establishes the mathematical model, in the purpose of making qualitative and quantitative descriptions for the flexibility of the enterprise' organization based on the information technology. I hope it may provide the reference for the enterprise understanding how the information technology influences to the flexibility of the enterprise' organization.
