Research On Software Firms' Technology Innovation Strategy Of China

The software industry has been the strategic industry of China, the development of software industry will greatly benefits the national economy, after 20 years' growing it becomes a new increasing point of Chinese economy, however, the software industry of China lags the advanced country's by a long way, in order to keep its sustaining and healthy progress, the technology innovation should be strengthened, in particular the software firms' are quite important, thus, the establishment of their technology innovation strategy could provide a good guidance.The paper systematically studies the actuality.condition, restriction, existing problem and strategy of the Chinese software firms' technology innovation. Firstly, the paper narrates the important purpose of the research, contrastively analyses the status quo and the developmental trend on the software industry between china and other countries, it is deemed that the Chinese software industry is developing rapidly, but it drops behind the adanced countries' largely; then it researches the technology innovation condition of the foreign software firms', studies and analyses the opportunity, threat, the competitive advantage and weakness systematically, the thesis also analyses Chinese software firms' input and output of technology innovation; presently, the input is scant, and the efficiency of output is related to the firm's size; it still analyses the primary restrictive factors, they are the industry's structure, the inspiring mechanism, the restriction of resource input and the firm's innovation ability; the current main problems are discussed,too.Finally, the mode of technology innovation strategy on different sized and type software firms of China is researched deeply, the conclusion is that different sized firms should choose different innovation strategy, a main pattern is necessary, and other assistant patterns are important; then, the corresponding measures are given, the paper considers that the government should produce policy to stimulate the action of innovation ,and provide a good circumstance,the software firms should improve their innovation ability constantly; at the end of this paper three cases on software firms are given.
