With the constant development of the world's economic globalization, nowadays the problems about petroleum economy and petroleum safety have already become common problems that the countries all over the world face. But the Northeast Asian area is one of the areas where the world's energy and safety are combined closely. The text, which is on the basis of comparing and analyzing the petroleum economic data in this area, has proved the necessity and feasibility of carrying on petroleum economic cooperation in the Northeast Asian area. Meanwhile, basing on the regional angle it discusses questions about carrying through the cooperation mode and mechanism mentioned above. On the aforesaid premise, this thesis analyses the feasibility of setting up the Northeast Asian petroleum common market and solving the petroleum safety problem. At the same time, it puts forward some concrete policy suggestions, which is for our country to promote the cooperation mentioned above and carry out the strategy of petroleum energy.
