| With the constant development of the world's economic globalization, nowadays the problems about energy economy and energy safety have already become common problems that the countries all over the world face. But the Northeast Asian area is one of the areas where the world's energy and safety are combined closely. Energy cooperation between the Northeast Asia area is the profitable target for the multiplication of energy recourses. The text, which is on the basis of comparing and analyzing the energy economic data in this area, has proved the necessity and feasibility of carrying on energy economic cooperation in the Northeast Asian area.Meanwhile, basing on the regional angle it discusses questions about carrying through the cooperation mode and mechanism mentioned above. On the aforesaid premise, this thesis analyses the feasibility of setting up the Northeast Asian energy market and solving the energy safety problem. This article has analyzed the Chinese domestic environment and the overseas environment; carried out the countermeasures about the China energy security and how to enhance the energy cooperation of Northeast Asia.To cooperate with Northeast Asian is one of the main measures that China secures the energy supply. Through the different ways as politics, diplomat and economics, China should focus its cooperation with some energy resource countries. The cooperation can help China secure stable energy supply and diversify its energy supply.
