Integrated Innovation Capability Research Of Regional Industries Clusters

The theory of Integrated Innovation is a new form of innovation for the firms to cope with the serious competition these years. It derives from the Innovation Theory of Schumpeter and classical management theory. The form of Industrial clusters is one of the patterns to carry out integrated innovation.From the perspective of industrial cluster, this dissertation discusses the connotation, character and structure based on the analysis of the integrated innovation theory. It concludes that technological innovation is the core element in the structure of Integrated Innovation, but it cannot be equivalent to integrated innovation. Furthermore, it's also decided by the capability of institutional innovation. At the same time, the character of the course industrial clusters forming decides that it is necessary for the clusters to have intense intelligence resources, excellent industries foundations, abundant information resources and other infrastructures. Thence, this dissertation builds up the structure of clusters' integrated innovation capability from three aspects: technological innovation capability, institutional innovation capability and supporting innovation capability. Based on these three elements and detailed analysis, the dissertation prompts the evaluating index system.The case analysis is based of the background of mechanical industrial. Having collecting a large quantity of data, the dissertation is capable of calculating the position of integrated innovation capability of Liaoning Province in the list of the whole country, and the result of the position in the list turns out to be the seventh. As far as the area focused on the development of mechanical industry is concerned, the performance of Liaoning is not so good. Then, the dissertation discusses deeply about which are the most effective elements thatinfluent the result from three dimensions—the capability of technological innovation,institutional innovation and supporting innovation, in the next, the dissertation summarizes the advantages and disadvantages and prompts the recommendations to develop the mechanical industry of Liaoning Province.
