A company like other organisms has its own life cycle, initial growth to prime to mature, decline. We all hope that enterprises can stay in the prime of this ideal point, so the enterprise must continue to inject new vitality, continuous innovation, otherwise the enterprise will inevitably decline. In Chinese enterprises, enterprises can not be sustained and grow healthily, the high death rate is a general phenomenon, but why in the same world economic environment, some enterprises can go to longevity? What causes such a big gap?Nowdays many enterprises are aware of the importance of innovation, so they invested a lot of manpower, financial resources, material resources to carry out technological innovation activities, also relying on technological innovation has made significant achievements, such as Haier, Hisense, Sony, IBM etc.. But in fact a large part of the enterprise also pay attention to technology innovation, also put a lot of R&D, technology innovation but without success. There are a number of possible reasons, but the most important reason is that technological innovation and institutional innovation has not coordinated, system innovation has not kept up with the pace of technological innovation. organizational system, personnel system, management system and so on can’t promote the transformation of technological innovation, and The final technical innovation achievements than originally planned difference, or even complete failure. If enterprises only pay attention to technological innovation and ignore the system innovation, enterprise innovation effect will be greatly reduced, is bound to affect the sustained and healthy growth of enterprises.Aiming at the above problems and reading relevant literature found the mechanism of internal theenterprises innovation effect and fermentation spillover promoting enterprise growth has been the study "black box" of enterprise innovation. So a comparative analysis of Lenovo Group and South Korea’s Samsung Group and Huawei’s cases open the "black box" based on grounded theory’s qualitative study and quantitative research measure of the degree of coupling model that combined each other. The main purpose of this paper is:first, through the grounded analysis of three cases we will refine enterprise technology innovation and institution innovation evaluation index system, from a quantitative point of view, using the coupling degree model to measure the coupling degree technical innovation and system innovation. Second, establishing a coupling mechanism model of technological innovation and institutional innovation, figuratively display elements of innovation of technology and system coupling process. Third, the evaluation of their coupling to provide practical guidance for enterprises.The final results showed that innovation faith of corporate innovation system is in the biochemical behavior of the innovative enterprise, the bonding of institutional innovation and technological innovation is to protect the innovations implemented; technological innovation and institutional innovation are equally important contribution to a source of business growth; establishing the coupling mechanism of technological innovation and institutional innovation and achieving a high level of bonding are the key to achieve innovation; the spillover and synergy effects of technological innovation and institutional innovation coupling are the fundamental mysteries of business growth.
