Abrupt development of information technology (IT) provides a solid foundation for electronic commerce market (ECM) being applied in many fields, which requires higher level in preparing enough knowledge, Confirm agreement for putting to good use creatively, and desires to utilize ECM in more commercial market.ECM is an alternant way supported by technology. Fabricated ECM shouldn't a copy of traditional market. Not only should we seriously calculate information collection, pricing, material circulating, payment and ID attestation, but also solve the problems in traffic of product appearing, market rules, risk management and dispute solution, etc. The main participants, interested parties are buyer, seller and market founder. ECM has to create attractive values for them.
