With the rise and rapid development of information technology and Internet application,our country gradually step into the information era.The construction of e-commerce under the information era has become an important part of the strategic emerging industry in China,it will become the focus of the next stage of information construction in our country.According to the report of Chinese development center of Internet network,the rate of enterprises which involve the e-commerce transaction reach 7.2%in 2015,and the volume of the e-commerce transactions amount to 7.96579 trillion yuan.Under the great wave of globalization,the e-commerce has made a wide range of applications in international trade field.The rise and development of electronic cornerce makes a great change of the mode of operation in international trade,which attracts the researchers,attention.Many scholars in our country choose the index of information or the volume of e-commerce transactions as the development level of electronic commerce,and study the impacts of electronic commerce on the import and export trade.The empirical research of this article is based on the construction of electronic commerce index,using the panel data to study the overall effect and regional effect of e-commerce on export trade.Firstly,This article is based on the sufficient grasp of the theory about e-commerce and trade grow both from domestic and foreign,using the transaction cost theory,the technology innovation theory,and the system theory of industrial innovation to study the effect of e-commerce on export trade.Secondly,establish the index system of e-commerce,and calculate the composite value by using the principal component analysis,thirdly,select the data from 2006 to 2012 of 30 provinces and cities in China,choose the best measurement model by hausman test and then study the overall impacts and regional impacts of electronic commerce in empirical angel by using the panel data mode,empirical study is ended with the Robustness test.Finally,according to the existing problems of e-commerce at present stage and the results of empirical study,propose countermeasures and suggestions for application of e-commerce to promote China's foreign trade growth.Conclusions and suggestions after analysis will be helpful for our government to correctly grasp a new round of economic system reform direction,and provide decision-making basis for government and enterprises to foraiulate technical standards and development strategy of e-commerce.It has certain practical guiding significance for the realization of coordinated development of China's e-commerce and trade growth.
