Xinjiang characteristic wood fruit e-commerce platform was set up in urumqi international expo center on November1,2010. The application of the new business model injected new vitality and vigor to the woods products circulation in Xinjiang, which plays an important role in perfecting marketing system of the Xinjiang characteristic wood fruit product, improving the production and business operation state and improving snow-melted product competitiveness.This paper tries to use agricultural products from the domestic and foreign electronic business practice experience for reference, combining the characteristics of the woods products trade in Xinjiang, on the basis of the model of the existing wood fruit products electronic commerce, this paper tries to find out a suitable area sentiment in Xinjiang and a promising e-commerce operation mode, in order to promote the electronic commerce development of the Xinjiang wood fruit product. In addition, according to the problems which electronic commerce of Xinjiang woods products faces for present stage, it provides suggestions for the government, enterprises and the majority of farmers, aiming to provide exchange views for fruit products, the government departments, research institutions and enterprises, to make a little contribution for the electronic commerce research modest in the development of Xinjiang fruit products.The text, around the theme of perfecting the wood fruit product sales e-commerce platform and application, analyzes deeply the main factors which influences the development of e-commerce of the Xinjiang wood fruit product in. And it discusses the present implementation situation of the electronic commerce and finds out that. Based on the existing problems, it puts forward the development thought which suits one’s measures to local conditions and has targeted to carry out electronic commerce of wood fruit products.The article is divided into seven parts.The first chapter is introduction. This chapter analyzes the problems and challenge that product circulation woods in Xinjiang faces on the present information society, and it discusses the research background and realistic significance of introducing the Xinjiang wood fruit products e-commerce.The second chapter introduces the relevant theories of agricultural products electronic commerce.The third chapter discusses the present development situation of woods products electronic commerce in Xinjiang, and analyzes the problems existing in the course of development,from the aspects of the principal transactions, trade from objects, the trading platform, social environment.Based on fuzzy hierarchical analysis method, the fourth chapter analyzes the main factors that influence Xinjiang wood fruit products el ectronic commerce development.On the basis of four chapters above, chapter5introduced electronic commerce’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of the development of EC With SWOT analysis method,and puts forward the overall approach of the e-commerce development of in Xinjiang wood fruit products and proposes the characteristics of Xinjiang fruit product commerce mode-the third party transactions market mode.On the basis of chapter5, the sixth chapter analyzes and obtains the countermeasures of the electronic commerce development of Xinjiang wood fruit products, and gets a view that it needs the government, the relevant enterprises, individual to make efforts together.Chapter7is summary and prospect of the full text.
