By the use of strategic management analysis method, this thesis made penetrating analysis on the industry environment of the pure water equipment manufacturing enterprise, Midea's internal resources and capabilities. According to the matching character between the two factors and the development demand of the enterprise, the author pointed out business focus, competitive strategy and product strategy of Midea pure water equipment department. In order to execute SBU's strategy, the author suggested that Midea pure water equipment department is in urgent need to adjust organization structure, set the fundamental principle and measure of corporate resource allotment, build and publicize corporate culture in favor of strategic execution, deal appropriately with different sections' interest and cooperation relationship between them inside the department, as well as establish internal control system to evaluate and control strategic execution processes and results. |
