Changchun Road and Bridge Transport facilities Engineering Co., Ltd. is a main business of municipal public works construction company, how to maintain leading position in the fierce market competition, and with the development of the industry, company can continue to grow. Changchun Road and Bridge Corporation how to improve enterprise system and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, improve project profitability, develop their long-term development strategy. Against that background, this paper start the study.The main text is divided into four parts. The first chapter, we briefly describe Changchun Road and Bridge Corporation development status ,Changchun Road and Bridge and the main business development process of the status quo, through the presentation of the company's history profile and the existing organizational structure, core business and business model, the company mainly engaged in the data, introduced the company's history and current business status and operating state of the economy. The company's existing implementation of the strategy and key issues are introduced.Chapter II, the analysis of the external environment of Changchun Road and Bridge Corporation are surveyed. On the national construction industry policies and regulations affecting the part of the company to do an analysis of the national economy maintained steady and rapid development, the scale of investment in fixed assets is also simultaneously increased. Through the analysis of the external environment, we can see, Changchun Road and Bridge Corporation is facing important opportunities, while facing severe challenges.
