E-commerce is another revolution in social developing history, it shows a new idea and mode which is based on information technology and digital method, it also drastically changes the traditional commercial mode and strategy. With the fast development of information and network technology, e-commerce grows successfully in recent years, and expands to every field of social economic life step by step.Electronic payment is crucial in e-commerce, it can't be called e-commerce until e-payment is realized, otherwise, it only stays in the stage of information issuing, searching etc., safety is the main point people choose to pay by electron.Although Chinese e-commerce and network transaction make great development in recent years, problems also exist. E-payment is becoming one of the bottlenecks.E-commerce is influenced by many factors, they can be classified as technical and non-technical one, we are definitely facing some technical difficulty as we're behind with our information technology, however, non-technical influence is becoming more and more distinct.This article introduces the theory, agreement and the related concepts of e-commerce and e-payment, analyzing the current status and main problems of e-payment. The main problems include: safety, technology, attitude, credit, society economy, and law etc.In order to expedite and perfect the development of our e-payment system, this article puts forward some countermeasures and suggestion on the aspects of absorbing foreign advanced technology, network payment mode, credit attestation system, law enacting etc.
