The Discussion About The Cost Mamagement In Construction Project Management

With the thorough system reform of Construction Project Management, the organization structure and production pattern have changed deeply in construction company. Construction Project Managennent have become the core content in production management. System of project manager responsibility and cost accounting applied extensivly. The standard of project management has turned into the prime factor with company's survivel and development.Our country constructiom is developing into the advance management standard with high speed from Work on Project Law to System Construction Project Manage ment. These have fully proved that construction is not the simple labor concentrated industry. Constuction must survive with rational resource arrangement, improving work method, effective cost control and profit maximum.This thesis retraces the cost control system which is the critical point in cost managmat. I have used the system point of view to analyze the fuction of schedule control, quality control and contract control. Through there concept analyse I have found a maximum model with construction project cost management. Combining the effective practical exercise of cost mangent in the Wenzhou Renzhaiqian construction of CSCEC One Group Company Ltd., I illustrated the important fuction of successful project cost management.It is true that there are still many problems in project cost manament which can be studied from different ways and means. I studied the reforming construction industry from a new point of view. I hope this thesis provide a useful reference methord for the improvement of construction.
