Research On The Problems Of Small-and-Medium Enterprises Financing In China

Small-and-medium enterprises(SMEs) financing is one of the main issues that firms will encounter during the process of marketization. To give it a profound reflection, there are several problems waiting to be answered: Why economic and finance system can influence a firm's financing pattern and structure? Why firms are always obsessed by capital shortage and the maintained desire for funds? Why capital seems to be deficient in firms form the microscopic perspective while relatively sufficient in the microscopic society? Why financing pattern and financing structure interact with corporate governance structure? How to widen financing channels, transform financing patterns, and raise financing efficiency? And how to select corporate financing patterns and optimize financing structure and governance structure? We answered these questions in this topic to a certain degree.There are two innovative points in this topic:consolidating the analysis of the system environment of SMEs, made the system environment and the financing channels into the union;comparied with the China and foreign countries, opened out the ultimate defects on the finance frameworks and policies, put the ways forward stimulative resolving the financing problem.It divides into the four chapters.Chapter Ⅰ. With the expounding of the SMEs' status and function, in particular we described the framework structure and management characteristics and emphatically focused on the contradiction between the importance of whole SMEs and the minority status of individual. The contradiction is objective and cosmopolitan. It is lack of unfairly in getting the chance of the social credit resource.Chapter Ⅱ. According to the enterprise basic financing theory, we found the rule of the financing channels and structures in the SMEs of every country, and thephenomena of "opporsition" in China, we fixed on the general logical model for foundation of reformation on the financal frameworks and systems.Chapterlll. With analyzing the special system and environment of China, let us see not only opening out the reasons of hard-to-financing system but also how to settle this problems of lastingness complexity and difficulty.ChapterIV. With using references of the developed countries and region, we brought forword the countermeasure in consummating the financing system of the Chinese SMEs by the financing innovation of theoretics and practice.
