The customer relationship marketing pattern is a component of modern company management pattern. how to set up for the foreign funded enterprises a set of customer relationship marketing pattern which meets the needs of the development in an era of new economy and fury competition is a subject for the administrators.Beginning from the concept of value of costumer, relationship marketing management, through a study of the marketing theory and the world company practice, especially according as character of industry and end counter mode of enterprise different from general conception of costumer of dealers or distributions end of enterprise as consumer to client, this dissertation discusses and analyzes the present pattern of the foreign funded C-Bons Group, and also proposes a new costumer relationship marketing pattern which is expected to be more suitable for the ever progressing C-Bons Group.The first chapter mainly introduces the background, significance, principles, prupose of study; The second and third chapter study and comment about the major concept and theries in management of customer relationship marketing and performance; The fourth chapter studys the effection of CRM to performance of enterprise and analyzes the new situation of shampoo industry; The fifth chapter initiates a new CRM pattern which is expected to be practicable under the realistic situation of C-Bons Group. At last, evaluate briefly the new CRM pattern and make a short conclusion.
