The knowledge economy is the economy which is set up on the collecting, distributing and using knowledge and information. It is a kind of economic based on knowledge resource, and a kind of economy taking knowledge as leading factor. With swift and violent development of the information technology and the spreading and utilizing rapidly of knowledge, knowledge and message will develop the contributing of productivity from non- independent factor into an independent factor, and change from inherent productivity among them into realistic productivity. The function of knowledge and information on enterprises will be strengthened day by day. The producing and operating activities of enterprises will use physical power fewer and fewer, depending on intelligence more and more. This knowledge-intensive and intelligent-intensive economic shape is tantamount to a revolution, will assault and produce such all respects as life style , social economy , culture politics ,etc. It certainly will change the extant environments of enterprises remarkably and influence the marketing of enterprises deeply.We will explain the theory relation and progress between knowledge economy and marketing in thesis. On the basis of analyzing the influences of knowledge economy on marketing environment and tactics, we carry on deep analysis on the marketing idea under the knowledge economy condition , and put forward the new marketing concept under the knowledge economy condition. Last and the most important, we will construct and innovate the whole marketing system.The full text divides into four parts:First part, Knowledge economy and marketing summary;Second part, Influence that the knowledge economy brings to marketing environment and tactics;Third part ,Under the knowledge economy condition, the transition of the marketing concept;The fourth part ,Under knowledge economy condition, how to carry on the construction and innovation of market system.Among them, the fourth part is the research key of subject. Just on the basis of studyon innovation of marketing system under the new environment, we wish to help enterprises of our country set up one perfect and competitive marketing system . Therefore they can seize the first chance in the cruel market competition , and strive for the sustainable development of enterprises.
