The Research On Inter-enterprise Collaboration Management

Growing with the tide of the globalization, the marketing environment have changed a lot. Facing this new environment, the traditional collaboration theory became out of season, and hard to guide the corporation competition. The thesis focuses on the study of the inter-enterprise collaboration.After analyzing the limitation of the traditional collaboration theory, the author put forward the theory of the inter-enterprise collaboration, and restricted the boundary and the contents of the study. The second chapter described the background of the theory of the inter-enterprise collaboration, which included the collaborative competition stratagem, virtual enterprise, core competence, the supply chain.After analyzing the deficiency of the traditional competence theory, the author bring forward that the inter-enterprise collaboration is the source of the competence. The collaboration of the resource, technology and standard can enhance the competence.The theory of the inter-enterprise collaboration isn't abstractive, but realizable. Using ASP platform, the collaboration of the inter-enterprises behavior can realize. At last, a successful case is used to prove that cooperation of the inter-enterprises behavior can help the enterprise improve competence.
