Research On Collaboration Mechanism Of Virtual Enterprise Based On Production

With the varying market and advancement of science and technology, the modern manufacturing way featured by "agile manufacturing" has brought about enterprise organizational transformation. Virtual enterprise as a new organizational model has changed the traditional relationship between enterprises.Virtual enterprise is an open complex system, the management of which is a complex systematic process, with an essence of collaborative management of the relationships among the partners, and a goal to enhance and maintain the system order of virtual enterprise so as to have it in a collaborative state. Therefore, this thesis, started from the collaborative theory, first defines the concept of virtual enterprise and virtual enterprise's collaborative mechanism, then constructs an operation mode of virtual enterprise, and analyze the process of management synergies among different members in task-driven virtual enterprises from the task identification to completion, thus the corresponding relation between stages of task and stages of the life cycle of virtual enterprise is established. The task- driven operating mode of virtual enterprise on determines its unique organizational structure, so this study builds an organizational structure system of task team formed by chief enterprises and federates enterprises based on market opportunities. It is an organizational structure of virtual enterprise designed on the basis of production task which centers on the process of production, so that the formation of virtual enterprise collaborative mechanism is further studied. Then, the collaborative requirements of virtual enterprise's regular operation are proposed. For an individual enterprise member, a flexible manufacturing system, business process reengineering and human resource reformation are required, while among members of virtual enterprises an efficient information management system, logistics system, establishment of trust and knowledge management are essential, thus to realize the mutual complement between the inherent requirements and external requirements of member companies, making it possible for virtual enterprise to run collaboratively.Because the implementation of virtual enterprise is conditioned, the paper based on collaborative theory, expound the conditions for collaborative operation of virtual enterprises from the five aspects:organizational reengineering, building of collaborative relations, establishment of information sharing platform, change of management structure, pattern of benefit distribution of virtual enterprises, so as to realize the quick response of virtual enterprises to market demands for their process and organization redesign. Then the collaborative relationship of virtual enterprises based on production is adjusted. And started from the virtual enterprise production tasks, a model of production planning and control system for virtual enterprise is proposed, which consists of the task decomposition, resource planning, coarse task programming and detailed production planning within the member enterprise. Under the direction of collaborative idea, the following complex issues occurred in the process of manufacturing and controlling of virtual enterprises are to be solved:within the member of enterprises, a collaborative way among different departments based on the rolling plan is put forward; among the members of the enterprises, according to the order of product manufacturing process, collaborative adaptation is achieved in terms of task allocation, production planning, product design, convert of design and manufacturing, and production schedule.Finally, based on the collaborative point of virtual enterprise operation, the thesis establishes the collaborative index system and evaluates the synergies of virtual enterprise by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Virtual enterprise is able to have a deep understanding about the intension and extension of virtual enterprise collaborative through the assessment of synergies, purposively enhance and build the capacity of the virtual enterprise collaborative, and provide support for the realization of collaborative product manufacturing of virtual enterprise.
