The Study Of The Commercial Chain-operation In Hunan Province

Chain-operation is one of modern commercial business and develops rapidly, healthily and continuously in China. It has being a new growth spot in China and has become a word trend. With globalization and joining WTO, how Hunan's local chain-operation enterprises cope with the competition and challenge of the other provinces' and the foreign enterprises', how to make the local chain-operation development has become a new topic to study and solve urgently, in order to deepening the organizational reform of Hunan circulation profession and making the commercial enterprises more active.Doing some investigation and combining the fundamental research with the typical case analysis, this paper analyzes the present development situation, the development question and the competition pattern of the commercial chain-operation in Hunan Province. Based on the foundation, this paper proposes: in order to solve fundamentally the questions that the scale is small, the organization degree is low and theeconomic efficiency is inferior------on the one hand, the governmentshould strengthen the macroscopic control and guide correctly the development of the local chain business. On the other hand, facing the keen competition situation at present, the local enterprises should make the competitive strategy of "opposite house of the door" in the same area and the same commercial circles; and make the countermeasure dealing with the large scale enlargement among enterprises of the whole province; and strengthen the self-building of enterprises. Furthermore, this paper proposes four types of the chain-operation according to the current competition pattern of Hunan. That is: developing the regular chain-operation in the same field co-operatively, developing the free chain-operation the enterprises in alliance with the other enterprises of cross-region, developing the specially permitted chain-operation depending on the power of brand, developing multiple types of the chain-operation. I hope this paper will promote Hunan's commercial chain-operation to the model function.
