Research On Market Approach Of Business Valuation

The quick development of the modern capital market utmost promotes the enterprise resources flow between different proprietors. The vigorous development of enterprises merge and acquisition, recombine, transactions of stock right and risk investment offers an extensive application space for business valuation. More and more people think that enterprise value more depend on assets which can not be recorded in balance sheet, namely, invisible assets such as knowledge, trademark, qualified personnel and relationship. How to choose the fitting tool and methods of business valuation, measure the value of enterprise accurately, namely how carry on the business valuation is an important problem in assets valuation.But, now, Cost approach is the main method used in business valuation; Income approach is accessorial, and Market approach used few. Therefore, in this paper, the writer discuss whether the market approach is a suitable business valuation method, how to improve the market approach theory system and to and heighten the maneuverability of market approach.The thesis point analyzed the applicability problem of market approach, the concrete application method and the problem should be paid attention to in the application, and adopted the Regression Analysis and Fuzzy Mathematics to improve the application of market approach. The paper thinks that along with the raising of security market mature degree and the normative degree of corporation information publishing, the market approach has become an eligible method of business valuation, which can verify with other methods mutually and is advantageous to raise the justice and fairness of the valuation result.
