On the background of expedite informationizational development, IT and internet are connected with urban industry, living, traffic, relaxation, and so on. Urban land use and land value have new characteristics. Urban location choices rest with not only land's convenience, availability and traffic cost, but also the condition of informational establishment and intercommunicating environment. The facts to urban land value and its increment includes investment increment, planning increment and market requirement driving increment. On the background of expedite informationizational development, urbanization develops rapidly in China. The fast growth of urban economic, population and traffic accelerates urban space dilation. Just about these new phenomena and facts, urban land value increment comprises new characteristics. This paper tries to explore the essential rule for urban land using and land market value in information age, aiming to discuss some strategies for urban land development and land value increment on the background of expedites informationizational development. The paper is mostly made up of four parts: In the first place, the paper synthetically narrates the major course of urban space shape development and the basic characteristics of land rent curve, analyzed the development direction of urban land use form in information age. Secondly, the paper summarizes the economical characteristics of urban land using and major influence facts to land value increment, expatiates the basic theory for land using including commerce, handle official business, habitation and industry. Thirdly, the paper stresses on analysis of the major urban growth action and its influence to urban land development, analyzing the major dynamic of new-economic to urban development, including three major urban growth forces: centripetal force, centrifugal force and friction force. Ultimately, the paper discusses the positive effect and negative effect of informationization on urban land value and its increment have been demonstrated. Based on foregoing analysis, author points out the strategies for urban land development and land value increment on the background of expedite informationizational development. The new idea of this paper is that it analyzes the economic characteristic of urban land use, urban land market value, the major dynamitic of urban growth, and the strategies for urban land development and land value increment, on the background of expedite informationizational development.
