On Cultural Construction Of Scientific And Technological Parks From Innovative Culture

With the arrival of the knowledge economy, the development of the new high-tech industry becomes the first choice to adjust the industrial structure and develop economy in countries all over the world. Technological innovation and the industrialization of scientific and technical products are two keys to the success of new high-tech industry development, while the scientific and technological parks are institutions that can meet the two demands at the same time. With a broad view of the success, failure, gain and loss of the scientific and technological parks in various countries, culture is thought to be one of the key factors to determine whether the scientific and technological parks can succeed or not. But something worthy of pointing out is that as the essential characteristic of the scientific and technological parks is technological innovation, the culture which decides the success of scientific and technological parks is the one implanted in their internal profound level of "innovative culture "and different from traditional commercial culture. Only by building and holding such innovative culture can the sustainable development of the new high-tech industry become possible. As a kind of new-type culture, innovative culture has its own systematic structure that includes three levels: ideological culture, systematic culture and material culture and they together construct a more favorable cultural atmosphere. Now we have already made obvious achievement on cultural construction in our scientific and technological parks, but there are still some problems. In this thesis , the author attempts to analyze the cultural construction in scientific and technological parks from the innovative culture′perspective and its promotion to technological innovation, and to explore the distinct features and development approaches of the cultural construction of scientific and technological parks in our country.
