Study On How The Innovation-oriented Culture Of The Scientific And Technological Enterprises Functions On The Technological Innovation Capability

Today's harsh competition of the global economy endows the enterprises with opportunities as well as challenges all the time. As for the scientific and technological enterprises, technological innovation is the core factor and how to promote technological innovation capability is especially important for enterprises' development; however, the corporate culture, being the non-technological factor, which has always been ignored by technological enterprises, ultimately becomes an impediment to the continuous strengthening of the technological innovation capability. Therefore , the study about the relationship between corporate culture and technological innovation has flourished in recent years, but it yet remains a new topic with few marked achievement. Based on the above mentioned, with theory analysis and case study, this paper tries to have a tentative study on how the corporate culture of the scientific and technological enterprises functions on the technological innovation capability, hoping to provide the theoretical support and practical guide for the cultural construct of the technological innovation development in scientific and technological enterprises.This paper primarily introduces the relevant theories about corporate culture and technological innovation as the theoretical basis for further research; then analyzes from the theoretical perspective, the corporate culture's influence on technological innovation: in this section, it first analyzes the ordinary enterprises'influence, then specially for the scientific and technological enterprises , analyzes the innovation-oriented culture's effect on the technological innovation capability. This paper, based on the previous studies, next constructs the evaluation index system of the scientific& technological enterprises' innovation-oriented culture and technological innovation capability, at the same time selects the Zhongguancun Science Park as the case and collects data in terms of the questionnaire. Finally, with SPSS correlation analysis and regression analysis, this paper gets the correlation among the various factors of innovation-oriented culture and technological innovation capability, and comes to know how much influence the former are on the latter.
