Compared with other provinces of the whole country, the pace of enterprise informatization in Hunan lags behind relatively. As a telecommunication enterprise, because of having better trade foundation and talent's superiority, Hunan Mobile Communication Corporation takes the lead in the enterprise informatition construction in our province. The study of the enterprise informatization construction of Hunan Mobile Communication Corporation will provide good reference to the enterprise informatization construction of other enterprises of our province, thus it will drive the improvement of the whlole enterprise's information construction level of our province.It is very important to study of the Hunan Mobile Communication Corporation's enterprise information construction process, firstly the paper analyses both the macro and micro environments of it, and probes into the telecommunication enterprise and the current situation of development, system construction, demand, goal and development strategy of Hunan Mobile Communication Corporation's enterprise information construction. And through drawing lessons from the development course of both the domestic and foreign mature telecommunication enterprise information construction to provided the reference suggestion for the construction and development of Hunan Mobile Communication Corporation. The achievements and conclusion which the author makes in this thesis are embodied in chapter 4 "The overall study of strengthenment of Hunan Mobile Communication Corporation's enterprise information construction" and chapter 5 "about the system of Hunan Mobile Communication Corporation's enterprise informatization". In these two chapters, the author researchs on the current situation and the existing problem of Hunan Mobile Communication Corporation. By taking the theoretical research approach and practical research approach, and through collecting the related data of enterprise informatization, the writer also makes thorough investigation research on it. Based on the research above, the writer puts forward an improvement plan, hoping that can provide reference suggestion for development of Hunan Mobile Communication Corporation.
