Remuneration incentive is the direct and original motivation for the enterprise's operator, the inefficent of remuneration mechanism may cause talents to run off and the inefficent of the firm. It is a difficult problem for both native and overseas scholars to make clear the influential factors of operator's remuneration. This dissertation study on the influential factors of operator's remuneration, divide them into key factors and subsidiary factors, and structure a framework and model for operator's remuneration. This dissertation not only puts emphasis on the theoretical bases, but also provides the readers with empirical study. The influential factors of operator's remuneration include key factors and subsidiary factors in China. The key factors include human resource market condition, firm performance, operator's human capital, firm size and property rights, they are determinants of operator's remuneration. Other influential factors such as operator's individual preference, circumstance etc are subsidiary factors. So, we can structure the model of operator's remuneration mechanism, and proposes Contingency Theory when analyze the remuneration model. This dissertation also analyzes the key factors of operator's remuneration by empirical method in pooled cross section. It is concluded that key factors except firm performance pass the significant-test in the empirical study. Only firm performance violates with the theory I have researched, but most economists think that remuneration must be according to performance. In the end I propose the policy suggestions on the basis of theoretical and empirical research.
