Remuneration incentive is the direct and original motivation for the enterprise's operator, the inefficiency of remuneration mechanism may cause talents to run off and the inefficiency of the firm. It is a difficult problem for both native and overseas scholars to make definite the influential factors of operator's remuneration. This dissertation studies on the influential factors of operator's remuneration, divides them into key factors and subsidiary factors, and structures a framework and model for operator's remuneration. This dissertation not only puts emphasis on the theoretical bases, but also provides the readers with empirical study.The influential factors of operator's remuneration include key factors and subsidiary factors. The key factors include firm performance, firm size, human resource market condition, operator's human capital, operator's shareholding and enterprise's property rights, these factors are determinants of operator's remuneration. Other influential factors such as enterprise's governing structure, operator's individual preference, governing board, social circumstance etc are subsidiary factors.This dissertation also analyzes the key' factors of operator's remuneration by empirical method. It is concluded that key factors including firm performance, firm size, operator's education, first shareholder's proportion pass the significant-test in the empirical study.On the basis of theoretical and empirical research, This dissertation structure the model of IT corporation operator's remuneration . In the end, I analyze the remuneration model and propose the policy suggestions that we should analyze the factors of enterprise's governing structure and operator's human capital synthetically.
