Nowadays, science and technology are advancing rapidly, and the market competition is white heat. Thus, the corporations today have to be rather sensitive to the new information, and they have to gather, analyse the information and make wise decisions in a shortest time. But how can the corporations grasp the customers'protean demands and give responses in time? To hold the advantaged position in the hot competition, more and more corporations in China have been aware of the great importance of cultivating their employees'ability to act as a whole/unit. There is a great demand in this market. Correspondingly, more and more native training center emerge like bamboo shoots after a spring rain. Meanwhile, some successful foreign organizations have quicken their steps to enter this largest and most potential market. But it's not easy to hold a advantaged position and to furthest keep their customers'satisfaction and loyalty in the hot competition. They have to face many difficult problems in developing continuously. I have managed my own foreign language training center 'Fusi'for years. As a experienced manager, I have to find ways to make my 'Fusi'sustain successfully in the hot competition. I'm conscious that I have to be aware of the function of my center and research into the management of the correct customer relation. It's rather emergent—all leaders and managers have to deal with it in the shortest time. Through some analysis to circumstances and true examples, In this essay, I'll discuss some problems in training industry such as the features, typical models and the tendency in different stages of customer relation management, the key affairs in customer management, the chances in advantageous or disadvantageous situations and the crisis. Thus, I may provide some related theory support to the further development of training industry. Meanwhile, the non-official run education reform may get some reference from my theory and methods through the analysis to the examples and typical affairs in my customer relation management of 'Fusi'Foreign Language Training Centre.
