According to the GPC(Geophysical Prospecting Company)employee's problems,It is importment to study training management for us.According to the GPC industry characteristics,the thesis studys the GPC's training management system.First ,according to the training requirments's imperfect,using face to face and the questionary methods,I develop"employee requirments questionary","units training requirments questionary","the working post training standard"and"personnel occupation development"etc.The three aspects conformity can improve training satisfaction and investment return.Second,according to the internationalization human resource training plan,I design the"mode","menu"and"E-learning"training mode ,These can improve the training pertinence and training quality.Finally,according to the Kirkpartrick's mode,I analyse and design assessments work:in reaction aspect I develop"the teachers assessment","training satisfaction questionary","training item quantification assessment"and so on;in study aspect, I adopt to the"front-afetr measure";in behavior aspect,I design the"behavior assessment;in performance aspect,I adopt to"soft-hard index",the year benefit accounting,investment return,training fund using efficiency so on,That can improve assessment quality.The thesis designs many practical training tables that can improve management works,That has more practical value.
