Research On The Investment Mechanism Of Community Service Organizations For Small Towns

To further the prosperous development of small town community and the community service industry, we definitely need more community service organizations in various manners. At the same time, the growing demand for material culture from the residents call for investment and set up of more efficient community service organizations. This paper discusses the investment mechanism of community service organizations for small towns. It analyzes the reciprocity relationship among the investment factors of the mechanism. It also probes into the relationship among the five essential investment factors, i.e. environment, main bodies, forms, returns and risks.In the first place, the paper defines the concepts of small town, community service organization, etc; introduces general situation of the development regarding community service organizations for small towns; expatiates the status and effect that community service organization played during the process of small town construction and development. With the method of analytical hierarchy process, the paper composes the evaluation indexes system for the investment environment regarding small town community service organizations when analyzing the hard and soft environment of community investment. Then, the paper puts its emphasis on the main investment bodies and forms of the relative organizations, e.g. the bodies include government, enterprises, private funds and social organizations. The paper furthers the discussion to the economical and social benefits come from the investment, identification and estimate of potential risks. Accordingly, it put forward some advices on risk management issues and system for investment promotion and compensation. In conclusion, the paper illustrates the typical developing model of the relative organizations though case study of Qianjuyuan Community, Jianguo Rd, Changji City of Xinjiang Province. To conclude the study, it carries out a series of systemic analysis on the interrelation factors of the investment mechanism of community service organizations for small towns in China.
