Research On The Construction Of Community Commercial System In Tongzhou New Town

Community commerce can not only promote the development of social economy and urbanization,but also is closely related to our daily life,which is the basis of city business.Tongzhou New Town as the bridgehead of beijing-tianjin-hebei coordinated development,the prosperity of community commerce is not only a key factor affecting the quality of Tongzhou residents' life,but also an important support for the Beijing city sub-center to realize the two major functions of carrying and easing.However,the development of the community commercial system in Tongzhou New Town is not optimistic,and it is difficult to meet the multi-level demand of residents because of the diversions of the population.Thus the community commercial system urgently needs the reconstruction of old town and the construction of new town.Combining the theoretical exploration and research on community commerce,this paper defined the scope of the community commercial system innovatively,and thought that the system covered three aspects--the location and scale planning,the layout mode and the structure of the formats,internal management and external standard.And then the community commerce was divided into three kinds--a traditional community,a new community,and a business community--and the development path of different types was discussed.This paper chose three typical community business areas in Tongzhou New Town as the representative of the three types of community commerce.Through the on-the-spot investigation of them,the paper specifically analyzed the development status and problems of their community business systems,and finally put forward specific development ideas,hoping to provide some reference and assistance for the construction of community commercial systems in the capital city sub-centers and in various regions of China.
