These reform include manage system, social ensurement, industry, agriculture, have get some results. The crux of reform is land property right reform that have not finished in many state-owned farms. Base on the theory of land property right and public manage, the author study the land property right from the next three aspects: the first if the manage system of organization suits the land property right system; the second, if the main body of land property right is clear and definite; the third, if the land manage suits the reform the land property rightTo deepen the land property right reform, the farm should study from the above three aspects, solve these problems, the farm's manage should think over the three sides. The state-owned farm should clear the main of the land prorerty right, straighten the manage system, adopt the suitable land manage system. The other, when the farm reforms the land property right, the farm should enhance the public attendant to embody the main position and assigning benefit of the country, the farm and the worker.
