The Comparison Of Domestic And Foreign EIS, And Their System Innovation

The reform of endowment insurance system (EIS) has started since 1980s and the basic framework has been established after twenty years endeavor, However, restricted by various conditions, many deep-rooted contradictions still exist in EIS of China and reform and improvements are needed. Meanwhile, such new institutional situation as "the pension model with houses" arises in the evolution of China' s EIS. In this case, to study the issue of China' s EIS by using modern economic theory and method, new institutional economic analytic method particular ,is of theoretical and practical significance.Under the institutional economic analytic framework of Knowles, the thesis compares EISs in different countries, including urban as well as rural EIS and discuss "the pension model of houses" in great detail. Then the thesis starts to study China' s EIS innovation problem. Finally some suggestions are provided on how to reform and improve China' s urban as well as rural EISs, which is expected to play a role in promoting the current reform of EIS and pattern innovation.I sincerely hope that my personal opinion and advices can be instructed and corrected by every experts and colleagues.
