Research Of The Endowment Insurance

The endowment insurance plays an important role in our country’s social securitysystem, with the aging population growing, it’s now facing a lot of challenges. It not onlyrelates to the retired worker’s life, but also relates to the economic system reform and theharmonious of the society in our country. Therefore, strengthening the basic endowmentinsurance system has an extremely vital significance to the development of our country.Firstly, China has set up partial funded pattern of separating social pooling andindividual account. Researching the basic endowment insurance account, the two accountsshould be studied respectively. Based on the relevant policies of the latest basicendowment insurance, and on the solvency of individual account and the social poolingaccount, the paper has constructed the actuarial models of payment accumulation andpension given based on the heritage amount, then the paper has constructed the actuarialmodels of the whole endowment insurance.Secondly, we classify the pension receiver retired before1997as “the old”, thepension receiver worked before1997and retired after1997as “the middle”, depending onthe worker retired or not, we classify “the middle” as “the at-work middle” and “theretired middle”. Using the theory of annuities, we establish recessive debt actuarial modelsof “the old” and “the middle”.Finally, according to the risks and benefits, this paper researches the investmentpattern under some constraints to maximize the profit. As diversified investment portfoliomodel can reduce investment risk, this paper discusses three different investment models.Ultimately, we reach the conclusion that making an investment portfolio model givingpriority to national debts, at the same time, entering into the capital marker appropriatly.Then we put forward some policy suggestions in order to solve the problems of theendowment insurance.
