Primary Study On China' Endowment Insurance System In The Period Of Economic Transformation

Endowment insurance system is an important part of the social welfare system,it has a relationship with the retiree′life,it is the necessary"safety net"and"balance absorb"of the market economy system and the necessary condition for keeping the steady,harmonious development of society and constructing harmonious socialist society.Accompany with the marketization,urbanization and the accelerated aging trend of the population,the task of social security is more and more difficulty,there are many difficulties and challenges to perfect the endowment insurance system. These are the spingboards and meanings of my paper. The main contents are: First I sort out the relevant historical documents,explain some relevant concepts and retrospect the theory of pension economy;Second through analyzing and comparing the different pension system,we can get some revelations for constructing suitable endowment insurance system;Third I retrospect and prospected our China′endowment insurance system simply. Fourth comprehensively analysis the actuality and the existing problems of Suzhou′endowment insurance system,through the use of evidence and analysis of the norms from the perspective of integrated multidisciplinary. Taking advantage of the successful experiences from other countries,I suggested some concrete methods to deal with the problem. It will have some meanings for the constructing of other place′endowment insurance system through the research of Suzhou′endowment insurance system.
