Studies On The Countermeasure And Analysis Of The Core Competence Of Domestic Insurer

Now, when our country is carrying the pledge and foreign insurers are swarming domestic market, domestic insurers are thinking how to survive and develop. However, the key, which resolves this trouble, is how to establish formidable core competitive of domestic insurers. In order to ask the question of how to advance the core competitive of domestic insurers, the author carried on a lot of work.At first, this article discussed the connotation of core competitive of insurers, and summarized the definition of core competitive of insurers. Next, after elaborated relation of the core competitive and competitive, the article summarized factors that influenced competitive of insurers. And the basis the conclusion, the author analyzed the primary factors that influenced the core competitive of insurers in the term of value chain according to correlation literature data statistics. Then, according to the target system establishment principle, the author has constructed the analysis target system of the core competitive of insurers. After that, according to the data given by experts, taking advantage of AHP to analyze target system of the core competitive of insurers. The result was that there were 17 targets taking up the most rate of whole target system. The article thought it is important to appraise and diagnose 17 targets; we should take them as the standard of analyzing the core competitive of insurers. And caring on the core competitive ability contrast analysis of the domestic and foreign insurer on these targets, we judged the disparity between domestic insurer and the foreign colleague in the standard target. Finally, this article had proposed the corresponding countermeasure.
