Marketing channels are areas where the telecom enterprises win over their customers. Well-managed channels are beneficial to the market development, thus increasing enterprises' profits. Through the division and reorganization in recent years, the telecom market of China is gradually forming a new competition pattern in which the enterprises have comparatively equal overall strength. Under the new competition background, the marketing-channel management of telecom enterprises has become a highly valued task.According to the theory of marketing channel, the paper in details analyzes the change of marketing environment and the development trend of marketing channel in mobile industry, from the aspect of international and civil. And the paper also suggest the measure of channel regionalization constructing in SiChuan Mobile Co., Ltd on the base of practical working.On the foundation of above-mentioned analysis and research, the fulfillment that SC Mobile moves, exhaustively has analyzed five concrete measures of the SC Mobile channel regionalization: the channelregion organization designs, the channel region service flow design, the channel region foundation management, the channel region customer management and the channel region inspection of encourage .At the same time, possibly on the area of channel region fulfillment existent risk give the analysis, and put forward the homologous solution.Through research, this paper is for the purpose of proposing some constructive suggestions to telecom enterprises' marketing-channel management and bringing inspiration and benefit to telecom enterprises' construction and management marketing channels.
