At present China Mobile is the leader in the mobile market ,but it is the threat to China Mobile that China Unicom and China Netcom is developing more and more users .The progress of technology is giving the great challenger to the products and services for the present. The allowance of 3G certificate by the government will make the trader of telecommunication incorporate all over again .China Mobile must keep the leadership of products and services in the strategic center ,arrange everything before it takes place, keep the leadership in the market. Channel is very important in the organization of market,.It is called that the channel is the king. There is some problems in the China Mobile 's marketing channel.1.The discipline of the marketing channel is in the disorder , China Mobile cann't control the marketing channel totally. 2.The blind area comes into being because the market of wholesaling is not controlled very well. 3.The disorder affects the efficiency and the encouraging effect of the organization of marketingf channel. 4.It is leading to the sale of the same goods in different area that the allocation of channel resource is rupture(It is mainly that the provision and the demand of SIM cards and telephone numbers is different). 5. The control to the channel of the phone is diminishing.China Mobile must promote the competitive ability of the marketing channel through these methods. 1. China Mobile must construct the channel spaciously, deeply, nicely in the inconstant market . 2.China Mobile must control the channel firmly, promote the managerial ability of the market channel ,and achieve the target of maximum efficiency of the marketing channel .So the first step is to manage the working procedure of the marketjing channel intensively, finalize the system of customer manager of channel. The administrator should connect the agent frequently , mark out the route in detail ,work out and carry our strictly the system of examinationg. The next step is to control the channel of agency . China Mobile should keep the connection with the agents for ages , help them improve their development , and allocate the profits equitably according to their contribution.
