After undergoing several splits and reorganizations, the Chinese telecommunication market emerges a new three-race. In order to win customers and capture the market, the competition among the three operators will be more and more fierce. With the intensification of competition, the construction and management of marketing channels play a more and more important role in marketing. Building up the channels and setting up different channels strategies in view of different customers can make the services and products of mobile communications closer to consumers and occupy a greater market share. Therefore, construction and management of marketing channels have become an important component of core competitiveness of the mobile operators.In this context, this paper applying the related theories to marketing channels firstly analyzes the current condition of the overall mobile marketing channels and forecasts the overall development tendency. Secondly, it gradually analyzes the condition of SC mobile marketing channels, and aims at the current major problems of SC mobile marketing channels and pre-marketing prediction for mobile development tendency, combined with local market conditions to lay down the construction strategies of SC mobile marketing channels. Lastly, aiming at SC mobile own marketing channels and social marketing channels, it put up specific management strategies to enhance the profit of marketing channels.The construction strategies of SC mobile marketing channel mainly point out: combined with the current market environment, on the basis of the optimal and adjustment of the structure, we should speed up the construction of rural channels to lay the foundation for rural markets'development; speed up the development of new cooperation channels for the establishment of value-added business development of a new promotional platform; enhance the development of social cooperation channels to expand the channels coverage. Meanwhile, on the basis of the rapid development of marketing channels, we should lay down effective and reasonable mechanism for channels management. Only to do like this, can marketing channels produce the best possible results.The purpose of this study is to provide solutions to problems which are on the process of building up SC mobile channels. Meanwhile, I hope it can have a reference value to the domestic enterprises on the lay-down of marketing channel strategies, the implementation of effective marketing channel management and the enhancement of marketing channels sales capabilities.
