The Study On Tianquan Technology Enterprise Competitive Ability Appraisal And The Promotion

On base of the system analysis about domestic and foreign correlations research, this paper combines the theory of enterprise competitive ability, and take analyzes Tianquan Technology Enterprise's competitive ability as cuts into the spot, constructs an appraisal target system about enterprise competitive ability, then uses fuzzily gathers the kind to classify 12 enterprises includes Tianquan Technology Enterprise. Then the paper use the fuzzy synthesis judgment with believes the factor to appraise Tianquan Technology Enterprise and other two enterprises which are the same with Tianquan, and obtains Tianquan's weakness compared with the other three: Such as the enterprise product is not advanced enough, and the technical competitive ability is weak, and the product brand is not so well-known, and the innovation is insufficient and so on. Especially, the technical competitive ability is weak and the innovation is insufficient. Finally, according to the competitive ability analysis result the paper proposes four ways to cultivate and promote Tianquan Technology Enterprise's competitive ability, namely the stress core technology cultivation, truly creation of the brand, continues comprehensively innovation and the establishment of competition information system. To help Tianquan Technology Enterprise to promote its competitive ability, so the paper has the enormous practical significance.
