Modern insurance company is not a simple financial compensation institution,but a comprehensive economical corporation, which has the function of finance anddefending risk. Insurance operation and investment operation are two importantfactors for insurance compony. Furthermore, the utilization of insurance capital is thebase that makes the company work well.This topic first sets forth the origin of investment capital,rules to be obeyed andthe feasibility of insurance investment .Then it makes difference between the industryinsurance and Life Insurance Company. Hence we draw a conclusion that insuranceinvestment has great effect on not only insurance company but also capital market.Insurance capital is fit to invest capital market.It is next to make investment decisions. Investment decision-making isconcerned about specific investment which includes the species,fragment,quotation,roles,periods and some kinds of management such as assets-debts matchingmanagement and risk management. On base of such analysis we realize the solutionof this question depends on the development of capital market. To insurance companybuilding up risk management centered by assets-and-debts is critical. Under thisbackground analyzing the premium investment quotation, we utilize expect profit andvariance of the data to form the model. At last considering the advantage andchallenge we faced, we propose the supervisor system.To impulse the development of our insurance industry, it is due to accelerate bothinsurance operation and investment operation. Most important of all, increasing thesafety and reserve rate of insurance capital is critical.
