So it is difficult to build a BSC in an enterprise and practice it,especially in Chinese enterprises. So, to build a new BSC system which is helpful forthe strategy of an enterprise and the development, we have to pay handful work, and itis a gradual procedure, needing our discovery and at temptation, not only in theory,but also in practice.
