The competition of talents is the competition essence of modern enterprises.Through taking advantage of talents to improve the competitiveness of enterprises, has become the key consideration to enterprise. Performance management as an important tool in business and personnel management, has become been well developed in abroad, and is being introduced and applied in Chinese enterprises. Performance evaluation has many different kind of methods, and all of these got corresponding success in business management.In this study, we take performance evaluation system of HG Co.,Ltd. as research object, to analyze its current running status, problems, and possible causes. On the basis of theory in current performance management, we proposed suitable performance evaluation system for HG Co.,Ltd. in terms of following aspects in performance evaluation system of HG Co.,Ltd. disconnection between performance evaluation and strategies,irrationality in performance evaluation model, deficiency in Key Performance Indicator design, lack of scientificity Key Performance Indicator weight, misuse performance evaluation result.
