| This thesis studied systematically the development strategy of Tangshan StainlessSteel Co., Ltd. Firstly, by analyzing completely the complex, changeful externalenvironment factors, including the national industrial policy, industrial characteristicas well as market condition, etc. This Paper mainly covers several points as follows:Part one: this part introduces the development and status of Steel industry andTangshan Stainless Steel Co., Ltd., and then defines research objectives, researchmethods, research thoughts and structure frame of this paper.Part two: This section skeletonizes the evolution of strategy management theoriesand thoughts.Part there: It analyses the Tangshan Stainless Steel Co., Ltd's einternal condition,to found out the opportunities which should be taken and the threats that should beevaded. Secondly,Part four: It analyzed in depth the internal condition in some aspects consist ofproduct sale situation, marketing ability, organization structure and human resourceand so on, worked out the strength and weakness of the Tangshan Stainless Steel Co.,Ltd.Part five: The thesis constructed the EFE (external factor evaluation) matrix andthe IFE (internal factor evaluation) matrix, coming up with the SWOT (strength,weakness, opportunities, and threats) and TOWS matrix. With analyzing the threematrices above, through matching and evaluating the strength, weakness,opportunities and threats, the thesis determined the mission and aim of TangshanStainless Steel Co., Ltd, put forward optional decisions of development strategy thatmight be adopted by this company.At the end of the thesis, it raised some means according to carrying out andcontrolling the strategy.In conclusion, this paper is a primary outcome in development strategy theoryand practices, and will have some help and suggestions to enterprises. There may besome flaws need to be further studied and researched, to improve enterprises'development strategy theory and practices. |
