Under the national beneficial policy support and the affection to the agricultureof our country joining the WTO, the development of vegetable industry has beenpromoted in our country. Tianjin Kernel Agricultural Science & TechnologyCorporation Limited is the company that deals in vegetable industry mainly. How toface the new situation and implement the development strategy relates to the seriousproblem of how to keep competitive advantage and long-term development incompetitive situations.This text is the study of development strategy about Kernel Company throughthe method of theories contacting with practice and qualitative combining withquantitative.First, it is the external environment analysis of the company. Through theanalysis of external environment and five powers model of Michael Porterestablishing EFE matrix, it makes a conclusion that the company is higher thanaverage level in making use of the external opportunity and avoiding the externalthreat, and confirms the main competitor through CPM model.Second, it is the internal environment analysis of the company. The internalenvironment analysis is mainly the analysis of the resources, management, finance,sales, R&D etc. And through the IFE matrix analysis, it draws a conclusion that thecompany is higher than average level in the aspect of developing the internaladvantage and overcoming internal disadvantage.After completing the analysis of external and internal environments of thecompany, it is the analysis and choice of development strategy for the company.Through the analysis of EFE and IFE matrixes, it makes out the strategy orientation ofthe company;and through the analysis of SWOT establishing the QSPM, it makes outthe development strategy combination for the company.After the strategy choice it is the strategy carrying out. In the process ofstrategy's carrying out, it establishes for the company's target, human resource,marketing, research and development and information-based construction etc., andmakes the initial layout for the issue of restructure after IPO, the risk that thecompany confronts and the measures against the risk.Last, it is the evaluation and control to the company's development strategy.Through the strategy evaluation frame and the contrast analysis between the companyand the strategic evaluation standard of Richard Rumelt, draw the conclusion that thecompany's development strategy is feasible. And through establishing the BSC(balance score card)to control the whole company.
