At present, the commercial real estate has some blindness in investing in someareas which can be saw from the government work report. It can be reduced if wecarry on scientific demonstration and positioning of the commercial project based onmarket fact in the construction initial stage.Most of the study on real estate line relies mainly on studying in trade of themacroscopic at domestic and international in the present stage and relativelyconcentrate on studying in some laws taking house as real estate of the main fact.
