Along with the globalization, knowledge transformation and IT application, the enterprise operation has been gotten into a complicated environment. This uncertain environment, which resulted in the demand uncertainty, competition uncertainty and technical uncertainty, requires more to the resources on the aspect of quantity, time and space. An enterprise can hardly survive and develop in such market competitions by itself. So, modern logistics management has to expand their object from the company itself to the upper and the backward enterprises and to seek cooperation with them. Under this era background, the organization pattern- industry supply chain- is a better choice to obtain more profit. After the upper and the backward enterprises constitute a supply chain alliance, the pattern which runs in integrated and systematic way broke the traditional management pattern that operated separately, and it makes the supply chain system attain a harmonious operation. This dissertation is composed on the presupposition of considering price discount and transportation discount simultaneously. The author established four integrated optimal models of inventory- transportation system under an industry supply chain by analyzing market demands (MD) and order fulfillment lead time (OLT), which can be classified into four kinds for their certainty as certain MD & certain OLT, certain MD & random OLT, random MD & certain OLT, and random MD & random OLT. Through analyzing a specific industry supply chain, the author established four two- stage supply chain optimizing models including both price discount and transportation discount by using relevant theories of inventory and cost management. The model took the totally maximum payoff of the supply chain as its objective function with careful integrated consideration of service level and Pareto validity. At the end of the thesis, it took a large group of coal industry as an example to validate the correctness and feasibility of the model mentioned above. Besides, the dissertation analyzed the influence of the relevant parameters in the model to the whole industry supply chain by susceptive analyses, which showed the utility of this model.
