The tenth five years program of the national economy and social development has established the strategy of "Insist on information impulse industrialization, promote readjustment and surmount the typical development of the national economy". And the eleventh five years program further emphasizes this strategy. Information has been a key point to carry out the third strategy's target of the national economic development. Information recourse as the third national power another are natural resource and energy resource , has become one of the core competitive power of enhancing the enterprise. There are large numbers of the apparel corporations in China. Most of them are small and medium-sized, which ability of getting the necessary information are affected by the fund and technology limited. So the building of Apparel Information Service Platform (AISP) is deemed the right way to get the Apparel information conveniently and economically. It is reported that the number of the domestic AISP website has been more than 100approximately and it is common ground that all of them provided the apparel professional information. The network apparel information content resource has been the most important part of the Apparel Information Service Platform.It is less domestic and overseas researches about the network apparel information content resource after reviewing. Therefore, firstly the thesis analyzes from industrial background of Apparel Information Service Platform (AISP), which is the integration of the Information Service Industry and the Apparel Industry. Then to prove into the concept of AISP, summarizes the function, attribute, research scope, character, content as well as the problems of the AISP in detail.In this foundation, the thesis attempts to further study on the information resource of the Apparel Information Service Platform (AISP) with the theory of customer satisfaction and general matrix model. Under the research of the domestic and overseas 100 AISP websites, abstracts 21 factors of network apparel information content resource projects and carries on the customers' experiment. Through the data analysis, discovers that the average appraisement of the customers to the quality of the information content resource is general satisfaction and higher importance. The factors mainly concentrate in the region B and E. 12 factors must be taken measure to improve immediately and other 9 depend on the condition.In order to further study on the strategy plan of improvement, 21 factors are classified five groups according to the matrix and the difference between importance and satisfaction. The information resources in the first group include "Brand", "Business Information", "Professional Knowledge", "Online Consulting Service", "Online Search", "Comprehensive News", which should be got the strong enhancement firstly;the second group include "Product", "Corporations & Merchants", "Professional Exhibition ", "Supply & Demand Issue", "BBS", "Policy & Code", which would be taken the measure to improve;the third group include "E-Business", "Science & Technology", "Design &Fashion", which would be decided whether to or how to improve according to the actual situation of the AISP;the fourth group include "Classified Pictures", "Human Resource", "Professional Organization", "Commercial Service", "Culture", which could satisfy the customers' requirements with appropriate investments;the fifth group include the only factor "others", which is the characteristic information resource promoted by various platforms, surpass the customers' expectancy, would be developed according to the conditions.hi addition, this thesis attempts to analyze the requirements of the different professional users, including Student, Expert &Teacher, Sales & Administrative Personnel, Technical Personnel, Designer and International Trade Personnel. After the research, discovers the differentprofessional users have the different requirements tendency of the Apparel information content recourse.The destination of academic study is to give a guidance and theoretic basis to practice.
