The Current Situation And Optimized Solutions Of Agricultural Service Information Platform For Rural Areas Of Liuhe District

The information which bridges modern agricultural market mechanism to the industrial system, undertakes the task which means to transform agricultural science and technology achievements to modern productivity rapidly.lt directly impacts the promotion of peasant quality and construction of the education platform for cultivating new farmers. But during the development of infomatization in China, there are some problems such as the lack of computer and network applicatioins, the serious homogenization among each platforms, and poor operating and management system, etc. For the urgent requirement of reality and the insufficient construction of information platform which cannotsatisfy the demands, this thesis takes the informatization construction of Luhe district in Jiangsu province as an example, proposes an optimized solution for the construction of informatization platform after analyzing the current situations and problems, which might be helpful to improve the construction of the rural information platform in Luhe district.This thesis investigates the constructions of informatization platform in Luhe district, such as the computer network, telephony, and SMS platform, combining the information requirements about the agriculture in Luhe district, and makes some conclusions:Firstly, the informatization platform has already built in Luhe district. From the investigation about the usage of the informatization platform, it was found that the agriculture demands of from the peasants farms are diverse in information content and the way of obtaining it,But overall, it lacks the usage from the network, telephony and SMS platform, and it is not acquired timely. Secondly, the low utilization of informatization platform for agriculture extension in Luhe district is due to the incompleteness of infrastructure in the platform development, unsoundness of serving system, higher cost of network and seriousness of homogenization. Thirdly, to satisfy the requirements of peasants and improve the utilization of informatization platform in Luhe district, this thesis focuses on the existing problems during the informatization platform construction in Luhe district, and proposes the solutions to sovle them.
